I'm not sure what this is, or how to fix it.
I assume this is an indicator switch for the door position. The one on the passenger side is straight, and pushes in smoothly. This one is obviously bent. The strange thing is, the interior lights come on just fine when the door is opened, so it appears to be working, even though it looks pretty mangled.
How would I go about fixing this?

Door Ajar switch (also tied to the alarm I believe)
Can't tell you how many times I've caught that working on the car
Switch unscrews (that nut you see on the back of it) and has several small wires connected on the back.
Available at most vendors. Careful, it's different than the courtesy switches

Interior light switch is at the front in the door jamb which is why they are still working
