Default Headlight Question.

1969 - Passenger side low beam headlight is not turing on however it does turn on at high beam. When I press high beam, both lights will work.....when I switch back to low beam neither of the two lights on the passenger side will be on.

Is this a simple case of needing a new bulb/headlight for the passenger side , inside headlamp or is it something different?

IN OTHER WORDS: Do the C3 headlights have multiple filaments inside? one for high and one for low?

THANK YOU!!!!!

YES

The low beam lights have both high and low filaments. Check and there should be 3 prongs on the connectors, only 2 on the highbeams

Yes two filaments. You can swap it to the other low beam side to check it and put the good one from the other side in its place to check the wiring.
