'No' and 'no'. The '80 model had THM-350 without lockup; the '81 model had a THM-350 with lockup; the '82 model was the first year with a THM-700R4...but it was NOT electronic (still hydraulic except for L/U engagement signal).

Thanks, this get's confusing when trying to find the documentation on this. My 81 has ECU controlled lock up, but wasn't sure about 80'.
