What is wrong with people?
Sometimes, though, I wonder if being careful just translates to provocation.

If I am out at a retail spot I'll try to figure out where the employees park. Not that they wouldn't do something to it but much fewer shopping carts and less foot traffic.

This same guy that left the cart must be the person that called and ripped my sales staff because he didn't know how to tell him how to fix his fuel gauge. Come on, the guy is in sales not tech support......
To compound this, my salesman told him an email address to me, (customer stated he didn't do emails) and that we had video's and a diagnostic manual on our tech page (customer stated he's not computer literate), he still hung up and told him to **** off.
Go figure.. Sad but true

Can I return them?

I never understand being mad at people that can't help you. Yelling at them isn't going to magically instill some secret knowledge into them so they can help you.
Heck, if all you need is a bump to stick around, we can all start bumping you. I imagine many are like me, commenting on one of your sales messages without either an inquiry about the parts or something useful to add wasn't really allowed. But now I see that anything will bump you and help you.
There may be a restock fee though... bah ha ha ha..

Funny I still have all the work books and show specials from the shows and it cracks me up at the prices.. (mid year tail lamps on show special in 1981 were 100.00 dollars a set).
I'm sorry I've distracted away from the OP's post...
Take care and you all have a great weekend.
