Default Help with fiberglass

I just bought a red c3 for very cheap from a client. I'm planning on painting it soon and I need some advise on the drivers side door gap as I don't have much experience with fiberglass. It looks like whoever painted it before took too much fiberglass off and caused an excessive gap. Is there a way to build it back up? If so, what material would be recommended? The door doesn't look out of alignment and the hinges aren't worn out. Any advise would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
wesley

Angle the edge back to get as much bonding area as possible. Add to the door using resin & mat.

How does the rear gap look?

The lower door gap looks a bit tight, you might just need to adjust the door a bit.

We really need to see the WHOLE door not just the front gap. Also, it would be nice to see the alignment on the top of the door.

Doors alignment move in 3D so seeing it in (as close) 3D will help.

Most of your problem is door alignment, not missing fiberglass. Check the upper hinge bushings.
