C3 plexi headlight covers
Folks, brand new to this forum. Looking for some advise on making my own Lexan, plexi, or acrylic headlight covers. I have fixed headlights already setup but haven't come up with a solid plan to cover the headlight openings. I am looking for a super clean flush look. Not a huge fan of the massive L88 covers. Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks.

Ecklers wants $335 for their Headlight Covers, I don't think so. My last set about 10 yrs ago i made a template and brought my vette to a local Boat shop that made windshields for boats. They cut em out and test fitted them till they were perfect and only cost around $75. Try that route.

Rosslato thanks. Great idea. Curious how were able to flush mount them. I've got a couple ideas but would love to here how you did it. Were they able to form the plexi at all to follow the shape of the body?

Mine are flat and they’re made of Lexan this time. This is my 3rd set in the 26 yrs I’ve owned my Vette. They only last about 10yrs before they start cracking even though my vette is garaged and never sees the elements. The 2nd set were plexiglass but can’t remember where I get them.
This is another Eckler Hood like mine with the Eckler Lenses, ya can’t tell the difference between these and mine except the price.
