Default Block cast date code opinions, please
I read this as I 4 8 or I 4 9 which indicates Sep 4 1968 or Sep 4 1969. What do you say? It is on a 3963512 block.

I always thought the 3963512 casting date was on the side of the block until November of 1969.

This is the casting date on my 512 block. It's a CE block from 69.
