My guess is 76 also due to the corvette script on the rear, 75's had the smaller letters that were wider across the rear.

I couldn't make out the rear script or the fender badge on any of the cars.
The Apollo only ran from 1973-75, but I suppose the first car on the upper deck could be a 1976 Skylark (they were very similar to the Apollo).
But the last car on the center deck sure looks like 1975 Steel Blue.
On second thought '75, I think you are correct. The last car on top has to be 1976 Buckskin. It's too pale to be 1975 Bright Yellow.
