Default 68 spoiler

Hi all.

I dont suppose anyone can post a few pictures to show me what a 68-72 should look like under the front?

ive got nothing at all on one side, and a hacked up other side, as below....

black one is 69 white is a 70 hope this is some help

Hi Dave,
The lower front valance panel had an air dam molded into it's shape and in addition an 'extension' that bolted to it.
The extension was mold from black plastic which was very thin and fragile and subject to being easily damaged.

Great, thanks guys... Or not so great as I was making progress on the bodywork, and this looks like another time consuming job to make good before I can get it painted...

And another bulky part to ship!

Hi Dave,
The reproduction air dam 'extensions' don't fit very well… especially at the ends. (The curve of the extension doesn't fit the curve of the fiberglass valance.
You MAY want to wait until you have the extension you're going to use in hand so you can decide how you're going to approach the fiberglass part of the repair.

The typical reproduction fit…. some folks are bothered by there gap, some aren't. Fortunately it's not in a very visible location!
