1969 corvette L46

I can't remember where this connector attaches. It's under the dash..comes out of the main harness on the tach side... dark brown wire.

Can someone help?

How about one of the radio capacitors?
Will it reach that far?

As a suggestion for future reference, get yourself one of those poster size wiring diagrams for your car. I have a laminated one that is on the wall in front of where my Corvette is parked. I wind up referencing it a lot more than I would have thought.
