Help with 1982 drivers door.
Hello a friend of mine bought a custom 82 last year. Recently the drivers door will not open from inside or outside. Yes I did a search. There are a few old threads but the pictures explaining the important parts are kittens now. Best people to ask are those who have been there done that. Can someone help me help him. Thanks.

Basically its all in this giant mechanism. If nothing is working my money is this guy is seized up or crusted over and needs some TLC.

If it won't open because it's locked, roll the window down and with a long screwdriver push down on this part,
