All the posts on real vintage racers got me thinking anyone have pictures of c3s that have "racing" seats...

Ya, I'm interested also. My interior is going back in now. I have cloth seats and am dreading having to buy new leather covers. Probably cheaper to with racing seats.

I have Kirkey seats in mine. Work great, just a bit hard getting in and out, but that will keep me limber .

I have nothing against modern seats be them racing or from a late model unless they take away form the classic c3 in the same vein as when people run large diameter wheels with rubber band tires on a c3 justs ruins the classic look and vibe for me,
I love the c3 clam shells in my 69 but i want a different feel and look and trying to find it....something old school

Suggestion Google "vintage racing seats". I think you may get some ideas and/or see something you might like.

Here's some old school stuff- mainly for Porsches- but will definitely fit the C3

I have several I am just waiting to pull the trigger on-

It's not easy finding pictures of Corvettes with old school racing seats. Most people vintage racing today are using modern racing seats, because the old low back seats, just aren't safe. Most vintage racers, actually do race, and they do crash from time to time too.

These are some of the restored old Corvette race cars, that never will probably see a race track again.

I have been considering these for my 65. I found these on eBay.

But I suspect you get what you pay for but GTS are pretty pricey.

Good find Tom-

The GTSs - leather will easily hit $3k pair....

A little over 18" wide- so they'd fit fine.

Why not buy them from England? Thanks to Brexit, We (United States) are getting a great deal -best in at least the past 10 years.

I have bought several things from across the pond- received the stuff pretty quick- great quality.

Only looking at a little over $400US shipped!!! For the pair w/ tracks.

These are only $415-Shipped to the US.

Yeah $3K is out of my price range! Personally I would be interested in leather. Found these too.

A little closer then the UK! I left a message to get pricing and options. I'm thinking the RS model. I just noticed these guys are just around the corner from you. Maybe you could check them out for us?
