Can someone please describe or provide a photo of the factory grounding point for the passenger side front lamp harness in a '79?
Thought I took pictures of everything I'd need during replacement but forgot one of this and can't remember where it went. After removing that insanely placed driver side ground (what a crazy mix of extensions, wobbles and universals it took to go "through" the vacuum tank) I probably thought there was no way I'd have a problem with the other side
I did find a secure grounding point but don't believe it's the original.
I recently discovered that I routed that ground wire incorrectly when modifying the harness. It goes all the way back to the alternator! I should have referred to the pictures I took with the harness still in the looms. The worst thing is that I ran a new ground wire all the way back to my newly installed daytime running light relay
