Are you looking for the red stripe decal that was used to separate the silver and dark claret paints on an 82 with factory Two-Tone paint? If so, Phoenix Graphics makes them.

If you have some other form of red stripes on your 82, then they are not factory installed. GM never offered pinstripes, except as part of the 82 Collector Edition.

The OP was asking about an 82, and the only 82 with pinstriping, was the Collector Edition.
In 78, B2Z Silver Anniversary did come with gray pinstriping, but like with the 82 Collector Edition, the only way to get pinstripes in 78, was as part of the Silver Anniversary package.
Chevrolet never offered pinstripes as a free standing option on any Corvette. If a Corvette (other than a CE or B2Z) has pinstripes, they were either dealer installed, or added by a previous owner.
