Well, since powdercoat paints have to be baked at 400*F (or so), I suspect that a chrome powdercoat paint would do the job of anything on an engine...except the exhaust manifolds. Can't say if they make a chrome powdercoat paint that meets your expectations.
Might be more costly than what you'd like. And maybe someone else will have better 'news' for you than this. But, powdercoat chrome will do what you want.
Caution: If you have intake powdercoated, make sure the bolt holes are masked (or that the paint is not too thick in the bolt holes) and that threaded fittings are masked. Powdercoating can be pretty thick; and grinding out that stuff after it is baked is a real PITA!
