Gauge cluster restored and ready to install. Other than the main plug in the center and the light in the top of the unit. Is there any other electrical wires that I need to attach. Thanks in advance for your help. This center section has been a long time coming I can't wait to see it done!

You need a ground connection to the chassis. That might be via the circuit board being in contact with the metal bezel and some wire going from the bezel to 'chassis ground'. But, by whatever method, you need 12vdc power to that bezel AND a ground path for it to operate properly.

That's all you need, no other wires required.
