Default 1981 Glove box insert
Well, I have looked high and low on this site and the internet and can't find an answer. My question is, is there an earlier year glove box insert that will fit directly that does not have the 8 track liners or do the 8 track liners come out? or is there a reproduction that will fit without the 8 track liners? Thanks in advance.

My 81 does not have any 8 track liners, so they must either come out or the insert you have came because the car had an 8 track option?

I will have to look when I get the car back in the next day or so, but I can not even find a replacement on any sites without the 8 track liner.

If you ordered the optional 8 track or cassette, you got the snap in liners for the glove box. The AIM shows how they install.
