Default Sun visor hardware
On a 75 do the rods just pull out I've pulled pretty hard. Not moving. Tricks ,tips?

spray some bead plaster in there and let it sit over night then I would hold and try to rotate the rod and it is free

any repair tips if the sleeve pulls out with the rod ?
any suggestions to tighten loose floppy visors ?

Loose floppy? I used a rubber mallet and hit the top of the visor to pinch the metal receiving "sleeve".
