Window Rollers and Guides Quantity?
I have an '81 which has floppy windows. Regulators and motors seem to work quite well. I'm looking to purchase all of the rollers, guides, etc to rebuild both windows. I want to have these parts in hand when I start this project.
My question is how many rollers, guides, etc are needed per door window. I will be replacing the door glass on both sides so I want to start with all new parts.
Any tips on this job are welcome too.

Each regulator uses three identical rollers which are installed by peening.
There is one front guide roller per window.
There is one roller/slide per window.
There is one fixed button per window but originals are often fine since they do not move.
All of the vendors sell them. Quality seems comparable to original.
The window cushions (GM 473209) often require replacement.
Regulator springs will break someday.
Check both your inner and outer window seals to see if they need replacement. The higher quality ones offered do fit.
