Hello from Australia, i need some help trying to find out the correct size of the globe/bulb that is in the courtesy light in my 79 corvette? I have searched the aim and it is only mentioned in 2 places, 12L sheet 8 and 12H sheet 15, but never mentions the correct bulb size/length or power size? looking at pics of the bulb, here in Australia they are called Festoon style bulbs. I am also looking for a wiring diagram for the courtesy lamp, as when i unscrewed the fitting, i saw that the 2 wires were not connected to anything (another Bubba job)so any help would be appreciated.

vendor lists them as a "77-82 Dome Light Bulb (# 214-2)"

quick search on that number has them at,

Voltage: 13.5V,
Wattage: 7W,

Dimensions: 44 mm Length, 11 mm Diameter
