Power Steering
I started my 1970 after five months in storage the steering wheel turned very fast to the left I think it might be a control valve problem does anyone know if it is and can it be repaired, adjusted or replaced

You are correct, your problem is most likely the valve, the valve can be adjusted but if it was fine before you put the car into storage the valve may need rebuilt, there are kits available for this and plenty of online help videos etc of how to do it. I would try adjusting the valve first though and the suggested way to do this is to have the front wheels off the ground and the engine running. Under the cap on the drivers side end of the valve is a nut, turning this one way or the other will adjust the steering, suggest you google this and make yourself familiar with this procedure.
It is highly recommended that if you are standing beside the car and starting it that you do not reach through the steering wheel to do this in case it suddenly moves as yours is.
