Not the best pic. My guess is seat belt covers.
Do you have the 76 assembly instruction manual (AIM)? The AIM will show the installation of your parts.

Those are the seat belt retractor covers... when you go to install them you should trim the carpet area about 1.5" to the inside edge of these covers. Use the cover as your guide...
