Led flasher question.

I installed led bulbs in the rear on my '75, now I know that I need to replace the flasher to an electronic one and indeed the turn signals don't blink but stay on.

Now I want to replace the flasher but there is like another resistor with it, do I replace both of these with the flasher I have ?

That's a radio (mainly AM) noise suppression capacitor. I don't believe it is necessary with an electronic flasher for LEDs.

If you get a clicking noise when listen to the radio put it back in but it's not needed to make the turn signals work. Noise suppression only.

throw away everything , that is old capacitor. no longer needed. with today's radios.

that capacitor is a 50 year old style wax Paper capacitor, when this shorts out it burns,
and catches fire the paper ! ( ..and they fail with age).
I would suggest remove all of these from the vehicle.
