you can try a fuel resistant expoxy but you probably need to replace the bowl. Problem is the Holley site shows the part number for the secondary bowl as N/A.

Whole Holley speadbore carbs are still available. Just noticed them in the Jegs catalog that came in the mail yesterday.
About a year ago I picked up a used one on ebay for $25. Its on my get-around-to-it list to rebuild.
