Default 1982 Half Shaft Ujoints

I have a 1982 automatic. I just finished rebuilding the rear trailing arms. I'm putting things back together now and have found that the new Ujoints I bought for the rear half shafts don't fit. They're too big. I thought maybe I ordered the wrong ujoints from Zip so I went to the local autoparts store and picked up a pair of Moogs and a pair of Duralast ujoints. Turns out, they're the same size as the ones I got from Zip. Is it possible that someone replaced the halfshafts and yolks on this car? If so, what would have fit, but would have had slightly smaller ujoints? Short of taking the old ujoints to the parts store and trying to find something that matches, I'm not sure how to get ujoints for this vette.

I had a similar problem with u-joints for my 81 with a auto. As luck would have it the correct joints for my car were actually listed for a car with a manual trans. Go Figure
