Default Removing wiring harness from fuse block

I need to remove the wiring harnesses from the rear (engine side) of the fuse block. Are there any clips, tabs or bolts holding them on? There is so much undercoating that I can't tell. I tried pulling on them easily so I wouldn't break anything but they wouldn't budge. What's the best way to do this? Thanks for your help!

There is a single bolt in the center of the block.

Here is a pic of my 1968 fuse block.....it has a center bolt holding it to the other half of the fuse block.

It was hard to separate, and you can see how the sealant had failed allowing water mist to get inside the block and corrode the inner terminals.....
