What years are the 85mph speedometers installed?

1980-82

You can get them rebuilt/recalibrated for 140 and 165. Stock looking

Some 79's also came with the 85 MPH speedometer. The 85 MPH speedometer replaced the 140 MPH version, at the end of the 79 production, somewhere between VIN 44500 and 48000.
