Duntov real or replica?
They all of course had turbos,
To my knowledge all the turn keys had cool numbered plaques,
Aci is still going strong and very well might have vin numbers to further seal the deal,
Really nice ones really do not fetch any more than other comparible condition wide bodies.
all the parts to make one were sold over the counter,
So you car IS an aci wide body, is it a turn key limited edition duntov turbo, that you will have to figure out.

Ecklers, motion, many parts houses sold those bolt on small block turbo kits, fairly low end, no intercoolers and on the small side for a v8, they all mounted over on the right,
remember the trans am turbo...thats too bad,
I knew a guy with one on his 79 vette, looked like the pictures of the duntov cars unit but was an aftermarket kit, on roberts 79 it did boost power a little, but wasnt epic, sounded cool.
You would think with the duntov branding these cars would be sought after i wonder why they were never widely loved,
I wouldnt mind to have one,

i think you hit a nail on the head,
For any custom and a wide body is radical at that to be pleasing it has to flow,
The headlights have a gross brow that ruins flow there, and then the rear wing is more choppy harsh angles doesnt flow,
I asked a purist about these once, he smirked and said, even duntov can sell out. Damn, ouch!
But, it was aci trying to grab something away from ecklers widebody monopoly in that , my hats off to aci.
