Anything worth mentioning about this '75 gas cap?

It was painted, and when I removed the paint I noticed these markings.

Mine says 1-3-4-7: 134th day of '77?
I guess not original to the car (doesn't matter to me).

When I look at the information I have it appears that 75 model year cars had plastic caps? Don't know how accurate that thought is.
