Need help with orig. 77 L48 engine compartment decals
Helping a friend detail there stock engine comportment.
Looking for pix of which decals and placement. Heater hoses,
are they ribbed have GM logo?

The 77 Assembly Instruction Manual has a sheet listing and showing the locations of the decals, stickers, labels, on the car… both engine compartment, exterior, and interior. Does you friend have a 77 AIM?
I believe you find that 77 heater hoses on cars with a/c were ribbed but were not stamped with either the GM logo stamp or the 2 letter repeating code seen on non a/c cars.
The hoses did have molded (shaped) ends to help with connections to the heater core pipes.

Is this what you mean by decals? Only one I have seen so far. If its not original, no use in pretending it is, FWIW. My .02
I should of tore them off when I replaced my brake booster and repainted the whole area. Hindsight is 20/20
My heater hoses are probably still original, although non functioning if you need a pic I can get one for you. Just not sure where to look.
