Default Mounting interior quarters

My car didn't have the interior quarter panels when I got it. I got a used one in with a bunch of other parts and am trying to figure out how it mounts. I've got to be missing something... There are some holes in the back of the panel, but they don't seem to line up with anything. Is there a bracket or something?

Hi EM,
There are 2 metal/painted quarter trim retainers on each door jamb.
The 4 screws in each side mount into 'blind' nuts in the interior quarter trim.
Do you have those 4 pieces… 2 long and 2 short, and lefts and rights.
Regards,
Alan

This is a coupe…. but the convertible retainers parts are the same… the interior quarter trim is different but fits up against the fiberglass in the same way.

The retainers and screws.

In Alans picture the machine screws go through the metal ribs screws into the brass inserts in the plastic. The metal pieces (ribs) you're missing slides onto the door frame where the slots are and sandwiches the fiberglass tabs. There's also a regular screw that goes in a metal tab on the wheel well into a metal tab that's welded there

A ha! I guess I'm missing all of that. I've never seen that on any of the parts sites, so I didn't know it existed. Those must not be available as replacement pieces.
I'll put a WTB ad up and hope somebody has some they can ship ASAP. I was planning to take the car in for paint next week, but it looks like those need to be painted. Good to know!

Hi,
The small bracket with a u-nut for the bottom screw on the interior quarter trim panel.
Regards,
Alan

Although this is a coupe, convertibles use the same bracket.
