Default Identify this part ?

Hello all...
I normally lurk in the c4 section...

Just acquired a 1976 Coupe.. Needs some work, and still diagnosing its condition.
I do have a lot of questions, but the search function helps me on most of them

It came with a box of parts.. Most of it was a front end rebuild kit, and there were some parts that had been recently replaced.
Among them, in a box from CARDONE was this piece, with no label or ID was this piece..

Any help IDing it?

Thanks

BE CAREFUL!! That big spring in the middle of the window regulator is stout and the edges of the arms are sharp..
