What is missing on yours? Or, did it not come equipped with cruise control from the factory (an option in that era)?
You can find rebuilt transducer units and also some of the other components from various Corvette part vendors. I don't believe that anyone sells ALL the materials needed to ADD the stock cruise control to a car that did not come with it.
If you just want your car to have CC, but you don't care if it is a 'stock' system, ROSTRA sells an electronic kit which you can add to your car. I've installed them in two of my vintage cars and they work great. For C3 vintage vehicles, you will need to install a magnet on the driveshaft and mount a pickup on the body so that the unit will know what speed the vehicle is traveling. Newer vehicles have a VSS [electronic] speed signal, but we don't have that luxury.
Do you want a stock installation for your Pace Car? If so, the 78 assembly instruction manual (AIM) shows the factory installation and lists the original parts and part numbers. My advice would be to purchase the AIM and put together a parts list. At that point, you can begin shopping for parts.
I have a rosta kit which I installed in y 79 which is a 4 speed manual, works great. You need to make sure it disengages if you press the clutch or brake. we re-purposed the current switch on the clutch
As well as the CC the have a direct replacement indicator stem part 250-3026,
