The car might have been tapped on the nose as it is missing the emblem.
The right side door gap is also off.
Have a good look at this car if you plan to proceed.
Chrome looks nice, bumper alignment is good.
For what its worth, a 427 NOM convertible driver has to be worth at least 25k as long as it looks presentable. I think you would have a hard time buying one for less.
