Getting sound and heat barrier inside doors
Is there any product that acts well as a sound insulator that is available in a spray?. I can get a couple strips of Dynamax in the door holes but I can't get much pressure on the material to get good adhesion and trust it won't get in the way of the window operation. It's because of the sidepipes just below the door that I need something that will work.

I would not spray anything in since it will probably totally gum up the window mechanism.
Dynamat between the door and the interior panel will reduce the echo effect of the door itself. You could also probably remove the window motor access panel and lay a strip along the bottom interior of the door.
