K is the plant code for St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada. 0104 is January 4th. I cannot find DPH. What you have is probably a Chevelle or Camaro engine. It is not Corvette. The smaller number on the pad would be the VIN derivative of the car the engine was originally installed in.

You may want to take another look at the "DPH" or post a pic.

Some possibilities,
CPH - 1980 267c.i. 120h.p. 2bbl auto trans.
D5H - 1983 305c.i. 145h.p. 4bbl Roch E4ME carb
D8H - 1981 267c.i. 120h.p. 2bbl E2ME carb ex Calif
DRH - 1979 350c.i. 170h.p. 4bbl auto trans

"DRH" is a 350/170 out of either a 79 Camaro or full size Chevrolet (Impala/Caprice).
