A guy I worked with applied for the personalized plate "FINE69". The province denied it saying "69" "had sexual connotations".

Perhaps the plate doesn't have to restate something that is obvious....I mean it says to Corvette on the back of the car, and Stingray on the side.... Perhaps a more interesting plate would be something a little deeper...or different. think of the phrases you use to describe the car, and work from there. Phrases like Vintage glory, vintage gold, red dream, ect...get a license plate frame if you need to tell someone the year.
