C3 82 Trim Plate

Hi

I have an 82 Coupe Charcoal Paint, with a Grey Interior with Dark Grey Carpet.
I am a little confused as to what the exact Colours are as I am trying to source an Interior Package but some sites say Silver Grey, Slate Grey or just Grey?

I would also like to know what all the Numbers mean in the Below Plate, if someone could assist that would be great. Not sure of what all these Numbers mean on the 1st Line, and also the Codes below.

Is there also a site that I can get full details on my Vin Number as I would like to know the full details on my car - Vin # 1G1AY8789C5118765. I did find a site but has the basics only, so not sure if there are other sites.

Questions, how many in this configuration were made etc
Anyone got any images of this configuration as I would like to start my restro project with a Goal in mind, ie end result.
