Default assembly assist manual

I have an assembly assist manual for the all new corvette from 1983. As you know, 1983 would have been the 30th anniversary of the Corvette. However, this year -1983 – all of the models were crushed, except one, and it is in their museum. The manual is 104 pages long. It is signed inside by the plant manager at the time, Joe Dell’Ario and also by the Director of Quality Control, Jack Taylor.

My uncle was a long time engineer for them – and he gave it to me back in the 80s. He said hang on to it. --- And I have. For all I know it may be the only one in existence. After all, there is only one 1983 corvette in existence. Please let me know who I should contact, as a go to, to find out how rare and the price of such an item.

Thank you,

Hi H,
That sounds like a pretty interesting manual!
Perhaps you might contact the Corvette Museum to help determine just what you have.
I'd be interested in hearing what it turns out to be.
Regards,
Alan
