Sure! Take the car to a glass repair shop and send your "friend" the bill.

Just be aware that adjusting the door glass to your weatherstripping is not an easy job. I had a glass company do mine at the body shop and we never were able to really get the back of my driver side coupe window to seal good. But it is a 68!!! So you know how that goes, with my red headed step child. Lou.

broke my heart when it happened we are very good friends he said will pay for it just glad didnt damage anything else. im hoping next weekend when im not busy i can start taking off the door cards and see where im at. i due realize the 80 glass is thinner, i just feel its going to be a pain to due but i want to try first myself to save money. mistakes happen so even though he will pay dont want it to be much

Hi brick,
So sorry the hear about your window..
If you want me to send you the window install diagrams from my 73 AIM, I'll be happy to email them to you. Just PM with your email address. There are about 4 pages. Also, if the 80 window works, (not sure that it will) it won't have that Astro Ventilation Logo on it!
Let me know,
