Im having a problem if you guys can help me sort it out. Im noticing that that back portion of the master cylinder which feeds the rear brakes goes empty from time to time.
I parked the car for a week and watched the floor for signs of any leaks but nothing, drove the car for a week and its empty! I lifted the car up to see if the rubber pipes have cracks and nothing. The only thing i found was this.....
Now, i know this is for the power steering but could it be that since i converted to Hydraboost, its losing brake fluid from there?
Not likely. But you have a power steering leak somewhere. As far as the brakes, did you check the calipers, the distribution block, and the master cylinder it self? Did you inspect the metal lines along the drivers side frame rail? There is another block on the drivers side that splits the rear brake line to the passenger side. And of course the rubber lines could be suspect if original to the car. I'm betting the distribution block under the master cylinder is your culprit, look at it closely. Mine was leaking and I just recently rebuilt it.
Thats what i thought too but i cant find any visiable leaks anywhere

Caliper seals were freshly done when i bought the car 3 years ago but just to make sure of it, i had my friend sit in the car and i lifted it up and told him to keep pumping the brakes while i checked. Ill look again at the distribution block under the master cylinder and report back
On a side note: wouldn't a distribution block under the master cylinder cause both the front and rear portion of the master cylinder to lose fluid?

Not necessarily, my distribution block was leaking from the weep hole in the rear proportioning part of the block. The rear part of the master cylinder was dry the front was full. There is a "slide valve" inside the distribution block that isolates the front and rear brakes if there is a loss of brake fluid. Is the "BRAKE" light illuminated on your dash? If so that slide valve has moved and switched on the dash light. You will have to re-center the valve to turn off the light and bleed the rear lines.

Update:
It was the rear passenger side caliper. By pure coincidence, I was walking up to the car and notice a large puddle on the inside of the tire. Took it to the shop and confirmed the problem.
