HEI hook up with MSD.
I have the MSD box all wired and just need to hook the red wire that goes to the pink wire in a car that would have had an HEI. Being a 72 I don't have the pink wire. And yes I know about the resister wire.
So i am going to take that red wire from the MSD that was supposed to go to the pink wire and run it to the fuse box and connect it to....ACC, BAT or IGN. I haven't hooked up an HEI in about 30 years and just want to make sure.

if I'm understanding you correctly the red wire is main power for ignition so it would go to IGN. You dont want full time BAT and your dont want part time ACC
