If you are letting your corvette sit for a month is it easier on the headlight springs to have the headlight in the up or down position? Mine is a 72 ls5

I kinda thought it might not make a difference since it has separate springs for up and down. Just wanted to get other people's opinions on what they do or maybe the up and down are different spring rates or sizes.

Hi Eric,
I think you can safely leave the doors closed.
I believe you might be over-thinking this a bit.
Regards,
Alan
