Default Heater core rebuild, need some help

What better way to spend the day than to do a heater core rebuild, everything going ok until I got to this broken plastic part. I've spent more time trying to find a replacement than I have on the rebuild. Anybody know what this part is called? Thanks in advance for your support

Did you ever find the Air diverter door actuator ? If not WillcoxCorvette.com has one in their used part section fits 68-82.
Good Luck

I just got my C3 a few weeks ago and tore it down to the firewall to start rebuilding, since i was there i was planning on doing the heater core as well, so as to keep from leaking after I get the dash back together and install new carpet (Murphy's Law). I have the same tab that is broken on my heater box defrost/vent selection door. It was obviously repaired in the past (gobs of glue all over) but haven't been able to find that small part anywhere. I was planning to take some measurements and 3D print one this weeked, it should only take about an hour to do so, and with some fiddling ensure everything fits right. I'll make it out of high temp ABS, so I'll keep you updated if it works, and if you'd like i'll send one to you.
