No. There is no way to autocheck mileage on cars that don't have 17 digit vins anyway.

4 speed, ac, ps, pb, LS5, numbers on ID,tranny and rear end match to vin on car. Original color, recent repaint . Only is never thought I would end up with a green corvette. Going to put corvette ralley rims on it

I like the luggage rack, long as you never use it! Imagine a suitcase blocking rear view with only that tiny little left side mirror. And that is one beautiful car!

Bought and sold many cars in Texas that were "mileage exempt" due to age. Never saw it as a problem and never had anyone question it.
That's a sweet looking '71 by the way.

Rack. You won't believe what a guy told me in Pa. He put a rack on the back of his 1970 to have somewhere to put his t tops at!

if you SELL later on to a buyer in a state that does not have mileage exempt, then his state title for the car may have to be written as MILEAGE EXCEEDS MECHANICAL LIMITS. or worse case, the title may be branded as such.
happened to me as I bought a car in indiana once. the previous owner did not sign the affidavit of mileage per indiana's requirement, so the BMV 'branded' that title as incorrect mileage. when I traded in the car I got less for it because of the branded title. it was un-sellable according to the dealer ( the dealer would only sell clear title cars) and could only go to auction.
so a mileage exempt car does have a value effect in some states and perhaps will hinder your resale.
