Finally Complete

I'm 6'0 and 237. The tilt wheel would be a blessing in my car.

So I began the process of making my car driveable for a 50 + year old man who has 2 artificial knees and rods in their back.
When I bought the car, the body and paint were great which is why I bought it. It was documented with tank sheet, maintenance records and mileage proof,so with the most expensive part completed, I began the journey to making this car a joy to drive all day if I want.
Every alteration except the AC can be changed to original if a new owner or I wants. That was the over all guiding light of my project. Even the AC was a tough decision because you can’t go back. But again after speaking with industry folks and a bunch of CF members, I found that this addition actually adds value even though it’s aftermarket because almost everyone Wants AC after all. Again, trying to go that extra step, I searched high and low for a center vent and I fabricated the bezel because they literally do not exist. If you look on the back of the bezel where the part number is, you see the outline of where the vent goes in place of the word Corvette, so I cut it out and filled the old slot. By looking at the interior, initially it looks original. I’m not trying to fool anyone I just want it to look stock.
This project has been a joy to do, and my wife and I absolutely LOVE driving it! THANK YOU everyone for your comments, your questions and I promise to add some engine pictures either tonight or tomorrow.
Happy Holidays to ALL!

Thank you... as promised here are some pictures of the engine bay
I hope these gave everyone a look at the AC work that was done. The only item I need is a 68 carb (7028208) as mine is a rebuilt 77 I believe. Again thanks everyone...I can’t believe it’s still going!<br/>
