Is this “normal”? Essentially the far far right bolt when looking straight at the manifold (driver side). Same bolt in both pictures, from two different angles.

I believe that exhaust manifold bolts that didn't have a bracket of some sort also mounted on the bolt had a special thick washer to make up the difference.
Look closely at the rear bolt... it has the washer in addition to the French lock.
You can see the next bolt has the small bracket for mounting the horizontal ignition shield on it.
