Default 1972 headlight wiring question?

There is a two prong female connector on the wiring harness at the drivers side headlight?
Can someone tell me what is it for? I don't see it in the AIM

thanks,Barry

Probably for the headlight warning switch. There would be one on the passenger side also. Those switches had a plastic shank and they are often broken.

Hi Barry,
Here's the connector for the headlamp warning switch.
You can see it coming out of the forward lighting harness. There's a connector for each head lamp pair.
Might this be what you're seeing?
Regards,
Alan

Hi Barry,
It's one that gets asked quite often!
Probably the second is " I removed 4 screws...how do I get the parking brake console out of the car?".
Regards,
Alan
