Default Anyone Here Have A "Virgin" '73?

Looking for someone with a very original '73, maybe one owner or one family car or a super low miler that has not been repainted?
If so, could you please pop off a tail light lens and tell me if the original tail light housing is painted white or finished in a natural bare metal.
Thanks, Greg

I have a 73 and although not a one owner it has been painted but I clearly see masking marks across original housings and they are definitely bare metal

Greg,
The housings for 73 should be white behind the lenses. They were not very neatly done either. The backside of the housing is natural. Here is a photo from the right side of my 73. I had this photo in my file from when I was checking and replacing the condensation wicks. Note one original still present at the bottom of my backup light. I'm almost 100 % positive the 72' s were white also. I think earlier c3 gaskets were gray in color...and the earlier housings were not painted, they were a grayish natural color. Also, worth noting is that on some assemblies the rivets are not painted white while on others they are! Interesting!
Hope this helps,
Tooch
