It may be cheaper and easier to get a complete one piece nose and replace the current nose if you don't like the one that is on the car.

Most of the Corvette vendors will sell you one that was made by American Custom Industries. Prices vary a bit. Eckler's also makes one for the earlier C3's, I'm not sure if they make one for the later cars as well.
